Manal Ahdadou, a dedicated Ph-D student at National School of Business and Management of Tangier (ENCGT) part of the University Abdelmalek Essaâdi, recently participated in the Erasmus+ mobility program at the University of Algarve (UAlg) in Portugal.
Under the insightful guidance of her supervisor, Professor Abdellah Aaajly at ENCGT, Manal’s research focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), strategic decision-making, and corporate governance. During the Erasmus+ mobility program, Manal had the opportunity to work alongside Professor Luís Coelho, a distinguished expert in Finance and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Economics at UAlg. Besides his guidance, she was also assisted by several other esteemed professors during her time at UAlg. The journey commenced in the first week of March and spanned four months, allowing Manal to delve deeper into her research and make significant advancements.
The Erasmus+ mobility program welcomed around 13 Ph.D. students from different universities and diverse fields of research across Morocco. The program facilitated an environment of cross-cultural exchange and fostered collaborations between scholars from various backgrounds.
