We’re a Game development studio based in Technopark Tangier, with over 10 years of experience crafting games. Our team of 8 is made up of talented 3D artists, developers, and game designers.

What Weʼre Looking For :

1. Recruitment and HR Management

The intern will help establish and manage processes to build a strong team and maintain a smooth operation.

• Talent Acquisition:

◦ Source candidates for specific roles using platforms like LinkedIn or local job boards.

◦ Coordinate interviews, manage schedules, and track applicant statuses.

• HR Systems:

◦ Develop a simple database for employee records (e.g., using Google Sheets or Notion).

◦ Onboarding Process for various roles

◦ Set up and manage a project management tool (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira) to track studio projects and tasks.

• Documentation:

◦ Develop and maintain an internal wiki for processes, tools, and workflows.

◦ Document workflows and pipelines

• Efficiency Improvements and KPI tracking :

◦ Research tools or software to enhance productivity and collaboration.

◦ Set up a structured file management system for project files and assets.

2. Branding and Marketing

The intern will support building the studio’s visibility and professional image.

• Brand Identity:

◦ Assist in refining the portfolio presentation.

◦ Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn).

◦ Create and schedule engaging posts about the studio’s progress, games, and team.

◦ Help design marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, business cards).

• Client Acquisition

◦ Identify potential clients, publishers, or outsourcing opportunities.

◦ Create a database of game studios or publishers who may require the studio’s services.

• Outreach:

◦ Draft cold emails or LinkedIn messages for contacting prospective clients.

◦ Track and organize responses, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations.

◦ Assist in preparing tailored presentations for prospective clients.
