Training objectives

The objective of the DHSS LGP (DCESS LGA) is to enable students and working executives to acquire dual skills in the field of purchasing and in that of logistics. Indeed, these two specialties are closely linked in the current context of increasing internationalization of companies, and bring many challenges for organizations in constant search for sources of savings and productivity gains. Purchases represent more than half of the cost price of products or services. The logistics function provides companies with the essential tools to carry out purchasing (upstream logistics), production management (internal logistics) and distribution (downstream logistics) strategies. Faced with these new challenges, companies need specialists in these functions, with technical skills and the ability to understand the company as a whole. The objectives of the training:

• The objective of the DHSS HRM is to develop the skills of the participants in the field of labor relations and Human Resources Management, within the framework of a Total Quality approach, while offering the expertise to apprehend them according to a diversity of contexts and situations.
